Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive before that and your room is ready, we will happily check you in. However, if we can’t, we will do our best to make your room available as soon as possible. Please contact our Reservations team for guaranteed early check-ins.

Check-out is at 12:00. If you need to check-out later, you can keep your room until 17:00 for an additional fee, subject to availability. Check-out after 17:00 is charged at the full rate for a one-night stay. Alternatively, you can leave your luggage with our Concierge team free of charge and collect them when needed.

Please contact our Reservations team at reservations@royalgardenhotel.co.uk for any reservations concerning connecting rooms, accessible rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms next to each other, extra beds, low floor rooms, baby cots, walk in showers.

The majority of our rooms accommodate a maximum of two adults. Third adults can be accommodated in many of our rooms. Deluxe Studios and Park Suites are the most popular choices for three adults traveling together.

For families, we are happy to provide a travel cot, available free of charge, but please contact our Reservations team once you have made your reservation to ensure availability.

Continental (£24) or Full English (£28) breakfast is available in Origin Kensington, or in your room via our 24-hour room service. Children's (12 and under) breakfasts is free.

Our rates are charged per room, meaning an incorrect number of people on the booking will not affect your stay unless it includes breakfast.

When quoting a room rate we will always include VAT, currently at 20 percent.

The Royal Garden Hotel is a completely non-smoking hotel. In addition, to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that no incense or candles be used within the hotel premises. This policy helps us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, with the exception of guide dogs. Contact our reception team for more information.

Here at the Royal Garden Hotel we are constantly exploring new sustainable opportunities. To help reduce our carbon footprint we will no longer be offering turndown services and will be only changing your bedlinen every two days. We will also recycle your towels, unless requested to be replaced.
