Summer Masterclass

 This summer Park Terrace is hosting a Summer Masterclass which will be focusing on seasonal produce. You will learn curing, marinating and cooking techniques for fish as well as the use of seeds, pulses and berries to accompany a dish. 

Join us at 18:30 for a delicious cocktail on arrival. The evening will be hosted by our talented Executive Head Chef, Steve Munkley. You will also get the opportunity to sample some of the food used in the demonstration. 

The price of the masterclass will be £25 per person.

If you don't want the night to end, all masterclass participants will be offered three courses from our a la carte menu as well as a glass of Theophile Champagne for an additional £62 per couple.
