Conference & Banqueting facilities
Now Finished - Refurbishment of The Palace Suite Ballroom and Kensington Suites is now complete.
Hotel Entrance & Lobby
Now Finished – The newly designed hotel lobby was opened on the 20th January 2010, its open and contemporary feel is now a grand entrance point, whilst complimenting the already designed areas of the hotel.
5th and 6th Floor bedrooms
Two further floors of contemporary bedrooms will be completed by April 2010.
Bertie's Bar
Now Finished - Bertie's Bar is now open as usual from 5pm till 11pm (2am for hotel guests). Between the times of 9am till 5am Bertie's will be open as a coffee lounge serving coffee and snacks.
The Park Terrace Restaurant & Bar
The Park Terrace Restaurant and Bar will be closed for a complete refurbishment from 14th December until April. Between these dates, breakfast will be served via Room Service in the comfort of your room or in our Min Jiang restaurant on the 10th floor of the hotel.
Afternoon Tea & Room Service
We will still be offering a limited Afternoon Tea service in Bertie's Bar during the hotel upgrade, from 18th January until April. Room service will continue as usual throughout.
Business Centre
Now Finished-The newly designed 24 hour Business Centre is now open on the ground floor of the hotel.
