We very much appreciated and enjoyed the up-grades offered, the newly refurbished rooms we think are very stylish, offering all amenities guests could ever need, together with faultless housekeeping/room service.
From being greeted by the doormen, front of house and staff we have repeatedly met throughout the hotel, we have always had a warm 'welcome back' which certainly brings us back to the hotel!”

“I am writing to thank you for a most enjoyable stay last night at your hotel. My wife and I have recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and as a surprise our children booked your Royal Romance Package on our behalf last night. Our children could not have picked a better treat for us. From the moment we arrived your staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and the champagne and chocolate strawberries on arrival were a wonderful start to our stay. Dinner in the Park terrace was superb and Tomasz Goszczyk and his team went out of their way to make our evening special and memorable."
We have had a truly forgettable stay in your hotel and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to all our friends.
