Generations of royal women have shaped this stylish palace and elegant gardens from Queen Mary to Victoria and, more recently Diana, Princess of Wales. Just a short walk from the hotel through Kensington Gardens, guests can discover at the palace, The Last Debutantes; 1958 season of change. This exhibition takes visitors on a journey into the glamorous and alluring world of the debutante where we uncover the bewildering rules of etiquette in the last year of court presentations. With the State Apartments and Diana, Fashion & Style displaying some of the princess's most famous evening dresses, there is so much to see.
The Kensington Palace Tea Package costs just £215 per room per night and includes a one night stay in a Superior room, two tickets to Kensington Palace moments away from the hotel, Afternoon Tea for two in the Park Terrace restaurant and a full English breakfast.
The package is available over every weekend until the end of November 2009, based on two people sharing, single supplement applies, inc VAT, subject to availability.
