Yoga Classes
Soma yoga focuses on the "Asanas" (physical poses and postures) and "Pranayama" (the breathing and relaxation techniques).
Yoga can help improve conditions such as asthma, chronic back pain and insomnia and is an appropriate form of exercise for all ages and fitness levels.
