Tim Fryer

In 1999, I joined the Royal Garden Hotel as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and since then have been given constant opportunities to further develop my knowledge of Food and Beverage before being offered the role as Food and Beverage Manager. The Royal Garden Hotel provides Managers with a great deal of autonomy in their decision making and although we are a large Hotel I believe that the high level of personal and flexible service which we provide to our guests is diverse and of the highest quality. I continue to have that same passion for the industry as when I started out. My role is challenging and no two days of my working life are the same and I continue to gain enormous amounts of enjoyment from my work
