As Restaurant Supervisor you will ensure a smooth and effective service to our guests by supervising and coordinating a team of waiters and waitresses, taking orders and communicating them effectively to the team as well as coordinating the kitchen regarding food and service.
You will assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in analysing departmental performance with regards to service quality and customer satisfaction. You will actively motivate the team by maintaining positive employee relations and by actively encouraging members of the team to seek and pursue developmental opportunities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well presented individual with the ability and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities as appropriate. You will need to be well organised and always strive for improving the quality of the services we provide. Previous Food and Beverage experience is essential, ideally in a supervisory capacity and in a similar establishment.
