Sue Newland

I joined the Royal Garden Hotel as Business Centre Manager in 1995 as part of the Hotel’s reopening Management Team and was given the opportunity to place my own mark on the Hotel’s communications systems. Having been here 9 years my role now is about Managing a team, ensuring that our guests’ expectations are met, my team are confident, well trained and work well together.  I look forward to coming to work each morning and enjoy the variety of the work as no two days are the same. I love having the opportunity of meeting and working with interesting people from many different cultures.
