I had worked for a brief period at the Royal Garden Hotel as US Sales representative earlier before leaving for Dubai and I knew that the Hotel had an enthusiastic and friendly team and operated as an independent hotel. I wanted to return to the RGH as its independence would allow me to be creative and free thinking. I returned to the Royal Garden Hotel as Director of Sales in June 2003. I enjoy the diversity of the hotel industry, there are so many different employees in the hotel who have so many different skills and every person is just as important as the next, we are only successful if we work as a team. Ultimately, I think we work in a very friendly hotel, and I enjoy the challenges in my role.
