We are looking for a Bar Person to join our Park Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel. As the Royal Garden Hotel's main Restaurant, the Park Terrace is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Restaurant has recently undergone an exciting program of change in its operation with the aim of creating an outstanding A la Carte/ Fine Dining Restaurant, offering international cuisine with only the very best of British produce, in a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and courteous food and beverage service to our guests under the general guidance of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, well presented and have a friendly manner. We are looking for previous experience in a similar establishment a good knowledge of beverages and cocktail- making skills.
