Dim Sum Chef


The Min Jiang at the Royal Garden Hotel is a contemporary Chinese Restaurant with a capacity of 110 people. This stylish restaurant includes a cross section of culinary influences from the Sichuan cantons and an authentic wood fired oven to cook Beijing Ducks. A brigade of specialist chefs will produce fresh Dim Sum daily. Ingredients will be authentically sourced and a Chinese style of service will be adopted.
 
We are looking for an individual who brings a basic knowledge of the production of fresh Dim Sum, which was preferably gained in a restaurant environment of a similarly high standard. You will need to feel confident to work un-supervised on occasions but will also be given extensive training to improve their skill level. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player and take a flexible approach to work.
 
The Royal Garden Hotel offers excellent Learning and development opportunities to all members of staff. A good understanding of the English Language would be a benefit but is not essential as opportunities for language training can be provided. Staff Accommodation is also available
