Beijing Duck Chef
The Min Jiang at the Royal Garden Hotel is a contemporary Chinese Restaurant with a capacity of 110 people. This stylish restaurant includes a cross section of culinary influences from the Sichuan cantons and an authentic wood fired oven to cook Beijing Ducks. A brigade of specialist chefs will produce fresh Dim Sum daily. Ingredients will be authentically sourced and a Chinese style of service will be adopted.
We are seeking a specialist chef who has been trained in the art of cooking and preparing the Beijing Duck. At least 3 years experience in this discipline is required. Experience with a Beijing Duck Master would be preferable. As Bejing Duck Chef you will be expected to work as part of the team and assist in other areas if not busy on their own section.
The Royal Garden Hotel offers excellent Learning and development opportunities to all members of staff. A good understanding of the English Language would be a benefit but is not essential as opportunities for language training can be provided. Staff Accommodation is also available.
