New to London and exclusively available at the Soma Centre, two revolutionary tried and tested treatments: the Detox & Inch Loss and the Anti-Cellulite Treatment. Both have been designed to reduce fluid retention, eliminate toxins and shift stubborn cellulite that exercise and diet fail to do on their own. It also helps to drain, de-tox and re-activate conditions such as a lazy digestion, poor circulation and a slow metabolism. Both treatments offer exceptional value at £90 for 90 minutes.
After a full consultation, each treatment begins with a luxuriously nourishing body polish/exfoliation containing crushed walnuts and coconut oil along with essential oils of mandarin and geranium to leave the skin feeling silky smooth. This is followed by a dry wrap. After the application of the detox & slim gel which is based on an exclusive combination of essential oils and plant extracts, dry bandages are tightly wrapped around the body. The bandages are an essential part of the treatment as they help eliminate toxins, which boosts the body's own energy levels, improve sluggish circulation leading to more efficient tissues, and increase the flow of blood through the fatty deposits, thus preventing and reducing signs of cellulite.
A prescriptive massage follows the dry wrap to target problem areas. The De-tox & Inch Loss Treatment includes the clinically proven Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage that draws the toxins towards the lymph glands and drains them away allowing the circulation and blood flow to improve and restore the natural body function of de-toxing. The light-weight cream used is a wonderful cocktail of essential oils and plant extracts to help break down cellulite and reduce the appearance of stretch marks, as well as maintaining a supple nourished skin.
The Anti-Cellulite Treatment includes Deep Tissue Massage to help break down fatty deposits and increase blood flow to the area draining the toxins from the fat cells.
To enhance the benefits of the treatment a specifically designed home kit is available to complement the treatment at home. Soma recommends that you use this in conjunction with a sensible diet and a daily exercise regime. In addition to the treatment at the soma centre the de-tox & slim gel can be applied morning and night using gentle, circular movements, working upwards on the legs, buttocks and stomach and any other areas of concern.

This treatment is designed to boost your energy levels and rid your body of the toxins that build up in the body due to pollution and the food and drink we consume. Juniper and cypress have been blended to aid the circulation and detoxification process, which leads to more efficient tissue function and an increased flow of blood through the fatty deposits in the body.
For aching, tired legs, swollen ankles, bloating and tackling a build up of toxins in the body caused by excess coffee, tea, alcohol and a poor diet.
The Anti Cellulite treatment
The Stubborn Cellulite treatment works better after a de-tox treatment as it can get straight to the cellulite and work on breaking it down. Rosemary, lavender, juniper and cypress blended oils work in sync with one another, rapidly absorbed for instant action achieving maximum results. The skin is left with a smoother, more toned appearance.
To fight localised stubborn cellulite that cannot be reduced by exercise and diet alone, this treatment breaks down the fatty deposits and increases blood flow to the area draining the toxins from the fat cells targeting specific problem areas of the body: stomach/waist hips/buttocks and thighs.
