Min Jiang Restaurant

Following an extensive refurbishment of the top-floor restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel, Min Jiang, London will open to guests in Summer 2008.

An international extension of the Min Jiang brand, created and established in Singapore initially at our sister hotel, the Goodwood Park Hotel and more recently in Rochester Park (with the opening of Min Jiang, One North), Min Jiang, London will offer authentic Chinese cuisine in stylish surroundings, with lunch and dinner services provided seven days a week.

The theme of the Min Jiang menu is cuisine with flavours, ingredients and cooking styles influenced from different provinces in China particularly Sichuan. The menu will also include Dim Sum, available at lunch time, with the house speciality of an authentic Beijing Duck cooked in a wood burning duck oven, a striking feature of the new restaurant.

Situated, as it is, on the tenth floor of the hotel, the Min Jiang restaurant will offer spectacular views over Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and panoramic views of London's skyline.
