Whether it's a VIP arrival, a large diplomatic visit or organising a guest's holiday, working in Concierge in a 5 Star Hotel is all about knowledge and presence. Demonstrating the ability to multitask and read our guests needs, exceeding their expectations by delivering at short notice whilst sharing knowledge about the finest detail. Knowing what is happening in London, from new restaurant openings to what is being discussed in parliament is also paramount, as you never know what you will be asked. There are a number of different roles in the concierge department and each one is key to delivering excellence in service.

We are currently looking for a Page Person to join our Concierge team at the Royal Garden Hotel. As Page Person, you are required to page guests as requested by the Desk Concierge as well as forwarding mail and messages to guest rooms. You are also expected to run errands within and outside the hotel as requested by guests or the Concierge as well as assisting the luggage porters where necessary.

We are looking for a well presented, confident and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to work and a polite manner. You will need to be a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
