My role at the Royal Garden Hotel is about selling the Royal Garden’s Food and Beverage facilities; restaurants, bars, bedrooms and conference and banqueting rooms. Our roles are both operational and sales orientated, we receive amazing support to do this, both from Human Resources and the team in general. The Royal Garden Hotel provides excellent training and our development needs and those of our colleagues are constantly being addressed to enable us to contribute more to the business as well as developing our careers further.
