How would your learning journey look at the Royal Garden Hotel?
On your first day, we will give you a full company induction to introduce you to the Royal Garden Hotel, our vision and values and everything that is important to know when you first step into a new job. Your learning journey will then continue in your department, where you will be trained on the job until you’re confident and comfortable in your new role.
A wide selection of training courses is available to you throughout your time with us. These range from our core and statutory training activities through to programmes that are designed for individuals who have excelled in their role and are looking to take the next step up the career ladder or seasoned managers who would like to refresh and broaden their managerial skills.
In addition, we offer a range of job related training courses that are relevant to your specific area of work. You also have the opportunity to formalise your learning through our NVQ programmes, which we offer in partnership with Lewisham College. If you are looking to develop your skills even further, we also offer the possibility of college sponsorships, depending on individual requirements and subject to additional conditions.
