Check-in/out times
Check-in time at the Royal Garden Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 12pm on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).
Family policy
Children are welcome throughout the Royal Garden Hotel when accompanied by an adult. The hotel offers family rooms and interconnecting rooms on request. Cots and highchairs can be provided and special children's menus are available in our Restaurant.
Charity
The Royal Garden Hotel has joined 50 companies each aiming to raise £50,000 for Leukaemia Research's 50th Anniversary. Leukaemia Research is the only charity in the UK dedicated exclusively to researching blood cancers and disorders including leukaemia, Hodgkin's and other lymphomas, and myeloma. Car parking is available at the Royal Garden Hotel. Euro Car Parks offer hotel guests and visitors 24/7 car parking on two floors below the hotel at very competitive rates. More Information>
Accessibility
The Royal Garden Hotel is a fully accessible hotel. The hotel offers accessible rooms with lift access to all floors, plus accessible parking spaces. Braille lift buttons, ramps and hearing induction loops are also available. Guide dogs are welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Should a reservation be cancelled prior to 1600 hours (local time) on the day of arrival, no charge will be incurred. The Royal Garden Hotel reserves the right to charge for any cancellation received after 1600 hours on the day of arrival. When cancelling via telephone please note the cancellation number.
