Our two kitchens cater for the 2AA Park Terrace, 24-hour Room Service and extensive Banqueting as well as for our 3AA Rosette Min Jiang Restaurant. We always keep our eyes open for new talent and experienced chefs, who are looking to broaden their skills and knowledge.
