A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist to join our Health Club team at the five red star Royal Garden Hotel in the heart of Kensington.
The role of Receptionist involves greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in, scheduling appointments, maximising sales and preparing accounts for treatment services and retail sales, ensuring the highest customer service standards are maintained at all times.
The individual will be required to work within the Health Club’s guidelines and ensure all client bookings are accurate. You will be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have excellent presentation and communication skills. Ideally candidates will have strong computer knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Full training on our Concept spa management system will be provided.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
