We are currently looking for a Reservations Agent to join our busy Reservations department in the Royal Garden Hotel.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing, our Reservations department is often the first point of contact for potential guests.
As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for answering guest reservation enquiries, receiving, processing and confirming guest reservations, as well as updating reservations, cancellations and amendments on Opera.
You will need to have very strong administrative skills, be “computer literate” in Microsoft Word and Outlook as well as possessing a pleasant phone manner. Knowledge of Opera is an asset. A strong mastery of written and spoken English is essential as well as sound numerical skills. Knowledge of basic operational aspects of a five star hotel is essential. Previous experience of working in a similar establishment is preferred. This role is ideal for an individual with front of house hotel experience looking to take the next step.
