The Front Office Team perform a diverse selection of tasks, ensuring all guests have a truly 5 red star experience. Totally guest focused, the Front Office is a key department in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and in assisting our guests with any requests they may have.

We are looking for a well presented individual with a warm and friendly manner, who always strives to enhance the unique and enjoyable service experience provided by the Front Office team.

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a four or five star property, is essential. Knowledge of Opera as well as knowledge of a second modern language is an asset. Training will be provided upon commencement of employment in order to assist you to maximise your skills.
