The Front Office Team perform a diverse selection of tasks, ensuring all guests have a truly 5 red star experience. Totally guest focused, the Front Office is a key department in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and in assisting our guests with any requests they may have.
The Royal Garden Hotel is a five red star hotel comprising of 394 bedrooms. The hotel is located on Kensington High Street in easy walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park.
We are looking for a well presented, flexible individual with a warm, friendly manner and the ability to engage in conversation with guests. Additionally we are looking for someone who always strives to enhance the unique and enjoyable service experience provided by the Front Office team.
Recent experience in a similar role in a four or five star property is essential, together with a good working knowledge of Opera and excellent spoken English. Knowledge of a second modern language and good written English is an asset. Training will be provided to assist you to maximise your skills.
