Evening Housekeeper
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of this professional and well established Housekeeping Department. In 2007 the department was recognised by the Hotel and Catering Personnel and Training Association by awarding the Executive Housekeeper 'Excellence by an Operations Line Manager'.
As Evening Housekeeper you will be responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping Department in the evenings. You will be the point of contact for all Housekeeping related enquiries, whether they come from our guests or colleagues and ensure that all enquiries are handled efficiently and to a five star standard. You will ensure that all Evening Room Attendants complete turndown services efficiently and all other guests requests are attended to in a professional and prompt manner.
Essential:

Previous housekeeping experience at supervisory level in an establishment of a similar standard overseeing a team of Room Attendants

Proficiency in the English language and strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and co-ordinate a number of requests at the same time

Polite, self motivated and enthusiastic personality
The Evening Housekeeper position is based on working 40 hours per week.
