The Front Office Team perform a diverse selection of tasks, ensuring all guests have a truly 5 red star experience. Totally guest focused, the Front Office is a key department in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and in assisting our guests with any requests they may have.
The Royal Garden Hotel is a five red star hotel comprising of 394 bedrooms. The hotel is located on Kensington High Street in easy walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park.
We are looking for a well presented, well spoken and flexible individual with a warm, friendly manner. Personality is absolutely key for this position. You must be charismatic and approachable and have the ability to engage in conversation with guests. Additionally we are looking for someone who always strives to enhance the unique and enjoyable service experience provided by the Front Office team.
The successful candidate for this role would ideally have a background in hospitality and have recent London reception experience together with problem solving skills and a good working knowledge of Opera. Recent relevant experience in a similar role is essential. You must have a good understanding of hospitality industry, good knowledge of guest services expectations for a 5 star hotel. You must be available to work occasional night shifts. In addition to this, you must demonstrate excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of a second modern language would be an asset.
