Reception Shift Leader

The Front Office Team perform a diverse selection of tasks, ensuring all guests have a truly 5 red star experience. Totally guest focused, the Front Office is a key department in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and in assisting our guests with any requests they may have.

The Royal Garden Hotel is a five red star hotel comprising of 394 bedrooms. The hotel is located on Kensington High Street in easy walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park.

As shift leader you will supervise a team of receptionists, always ensuring a friendly atmosphere for guests arriving at or leaving the hotel. You will need to ensure that the team is aware of daily business, VIP arrivals and are familiar with the products we offer. You will always strive to maximise revenue through effective up-selling techniques. You will also need to liaise with key departments to ensure a smooth running of the operation, always exceeding customer expectations

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well presented individual with the ability and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. You will also need to have good administration skills. The ideal candidate will bring previous supervisory experience in front office or substantial receptionist experience in a similar establishment.
