We are looking for passionate Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at Min Jiang Restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel. This is a Commis level position and offers a great opportunity to extend your F&B skills in a very distinctive environment. You will be responsible for preparing the mise en place as well as to assist the Captain to deliver an efficient and courteous Food and Beverage service to our guests within your section.
Previous fine dining service experience is absolutely essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for working in a busy Food and Beverage operation and will be looking to build their career within this field. You also need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as well as good general knowledge of food and wine. Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture is an asset. Knowledge of Cantonese/ Mandarin languages would be advantageous.
The position is based on 40 hours per week, working on average 5 days per week. You will be required to work 3 split shifts per week.
