We've just returned from an extended trip - Thank you so much for what was a wonderful visit.  I have to say that the Royal Garden staff are the best around.  Every single person we encountered went out of their way to be helpful - more than that they went the extra mile, anticipating what made things easier / better, and providing it with impeccable politeness and friendliness. We were both struck by it - it's not often you see service at such a level.  In particular, the doorman on duty on Friday during the afternoon and again during the day on Saturday was just wonderful with our little girl.  He was such a magical sight to her in his uniform - and he didn't disappoint, making an extra special fuss of her.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with you last month. The fruit tray was particularly appreciated and enjoyed. The staff were fantastic too. The hotel has been refurbished since last time we were there and I must say that we were very impressed. You have done very well. Thank you.

I just wanted to say thanks so much for making my parents 40th wedding anniversary so special; they really loved staying at the hotel again; 40 years on after their wedding; it bought back all the lovely memories for them!

Hi, I spent a wonderful evening in the Hotel including dinner in your restaurant. I just want to mention the name of the waiter who served us, Rahul who provided excellent service. He explained everything on the menu to us and had really good menu knowledge and always had a smile on his face Thank you for making our day enjoyable.
